Delivery

Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days on average. The order preparation time may vary depending on stock and the period. Delivery time then depends on the chosen carrier and the time of year. You can find all delivery times by country in the "Delivery and Returns" section.

Change shipping address

We can only change the delivery address if your order has not yet been prepared by our logistics provider. Contact us as soon as possible at 06 15 05 73 74 or by email hello@apaches-collections.fr

I will not be present at the time of delivery

Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address for your order. We invite you to contact the carrier directly. If the delivery person attempts delivery multiple times without success, your order will be returned to the sender. We will then process a refund for it.

Returns

I would like to return an item.

Our returns process is now simpler!

Here are the steps to follow to make a return via our partner Fastoche!

1. Go HERE to access our returns portal. Enter your order number and delivery postcode so that we can find your order. You can find this information in your order confirmation email or in your Apaches Collections customer account.

2. Select the product(s) to return.

3. Select the type of return you wish to make (exchange, credit note or refund) and the reason for your return.

4. Check the summary and confirm your return.

5. You can then download your return label and prepare your parcel! A confirmation email will also be sent to your address. Please ensure that your parcel is securely sealed to avoid any problems during transport.

-From mainland France: the return label is provided, a contribution of €4 corresponding to return shipping costs will be deducted if you opt for a refund. Returns are free if you opt for an exchange or a credit note.

-From Europe: the return label is provided, a contribution of €8 corresponding to return shipping costs will be deducted if you opt for a refund. Returns are free if you opt for a credit note.

-From other countries: returns are at your expense. You will need to pay customs duties before shipping your return parcel.


Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Refunds cannot be made if your return does not meet these conditions.

Any return not declared via our portal cannot be processed.


Only one return label is issued per order.

I'd like to make an exchange

Our exchange process is getting simpler!

Here are the steps to follow to make your exchange via our partner Fastoche!

1. Go HERE to access our returns portal. Enter your order number and delivery postal code so we can find your order. You can find this information in your order confirmation email or in your Apaches Collections customer account.

2. Select the product(s) to exchange.

3. Select the type of return you wish to make (in this case: exchange) as well as the reason for your exchange.

4. Check the summary and confirm your return.

5. You can then download your return label and prepare your package! A confirmation email will also be sent to your address. Make sure your package is securely sealed to avoid any problems during transport.

-From metropolitan France: the return label is provided; a fee of €4 corresponding to return shipping costs will be deducted if you opt for a refund. Returns are free if you opt for an exchange or store credit.

-From Europe: the return label is provided; a fee of €8 corresponding to return shipping costs will be deducted if you opt for a refund. Returns are free if you opt for store credit.

-From other countries: returns are at your expense. You will need to pay customs fees before shipping your return package.

I received a defective product

We are sincerely sorry if you have received a defective item! If this is the case, please declare it to us via our returns portal, RIGHT HERE! You will be able to provide us with a photo of the defect and share more details. In case of a proven defect on our part, the return and reshipment costs will be reimbursed.

Payment

Payment methods

You can pay for your order by: Credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Alma in several interest-free installments (under conditions), Gift card (for individuals), Bank transfer (for professionals), and Credit in the form of a promotional code.
