Preparation & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Order preparation time may vary depending on stock and period.
Delivery is free for purchases of €90 or more (incl. VAT) for mainland France via Mondial Relay and for purchases of €150 or more (incl. VAT) for Europe.
In France, several delivery options are available:
- Mondial Relay: €4.9 (within 3 to 5 business days)
- Colissimo with or without signature, and relay points: from €5.9 (within 3 to 5 business days)
- Chronopost 13 Express: from €9.9 (within 1 to 2 business days)
For international deliveries, fees vary depending on the destination and order volume.
If your delivery country is outside the EU or in an overseas French territory, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or various taxes in force in your country of residence, which are not included in the final amount of your order. If you receive an email or call regarding this, it is your responsibility to pay these fees to receive your order. If you refuse to pay these fees, your order will be returned to us. We will then proceed with a partial refund of your order, as we will be obliged to deduct delivery and customs fees.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Customer for this purpose.
Returns
If an item does not suit you, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. You can opt for a refund, an exchange (under conditions), or a credit note. Go to our returns portal to start the process.
Here are the 3 types of possible returns:
1. Refund : If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the possibility of a refund. In this case, the return label is provided, and a contribution to the return costs will be deducted from the refund (€4 for France and €8 for Europe). For other countries, the return label is not provided; in this case, please include your contact details on a blank sheet of paper with your return. Refunds are processed within an average of 10 business days after your return is received at the warehouse.
2. Exchange (return offered) : You have the option to exchange your garment for a different size, subject to availability. The return label is offered! The exchanged garment will be shipped upon receipt and processing of your return at the warehouse. Therefore, please note that the average time to receive your new item is 15 days, allowing time for your return package to be received and checked by our logistics provider.
3. Credit note (return offered) : You can opt for a credit note for the amount of your purchase, usable for a future purchase on our website, valid for 3 months. In this case, the return label is offered! The credit note will be issued upon receipt and processing of your return at the warehouse.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. A refund cannot be issued if your return does not meet these conditions.

In France, several delivery options are available:
- Mondial Relay Pro: from €4.9 (within 3 to 5 business days)
- Chronopost Express Pro: from €10.9 (within 1 to 2 business days)
For international deliveries, fees vary depending on carriers (DHL / Colissimo / Chronopost / UPS), destination, and order volume.
